Digital mockups are lifelike templates of various objects which users can customize with their branding.

In our case, we provide a variety of high quality digital mockups for vinyl, CDs and cassettes. Users will customize our digital mockups with their artwork and branding to depict their merch in a hyper realistic way.

What do I need to use your digital mockups?
  • All of our digital mockups can be altered in Photoshop.
  • There is a full list of instructions on how to use our files here. 
  • If you don’t know how to use Photoshop, we have a Graphic Design Service where you send us your artwork and ideas and we will make the finished mockup. You can read about it here.

  • Once you’ve purchased the mockup, you’ll need to fill out a form. Click here to learn what we need to make this. 
How do I download the item I purchased?

Upon payment, a link will be provided to you in the browser and via email.

Graphic Design Services

How Does the Graphic Design Service Work?
  • Go to the selection of mockups in the Graphic Design Service.
  • Select the mockup that fits your requirements/that you like best.
  • Purchase the mockup.
  • Fill out the form by uploading your artwork and selecting your preferred colors.
  • We will send you the finished product image within 48-72 hours in the form a JPEG
  • You will be able to review the product shots and will have 2 rounds of revisions to get it perfect.
How Many Revisions Are Included In the Graphic Design Service?

We include 2 rounds of revisions in the base price. Each further revision will cost $10.

How Fast is the Graphic Design Service?

We require 48-72 hours to deliver the first product shot.

What Happens If I'm Still Not Happy?

If you are still not happy with the product shot after 2 revisions, we are happy to refund the money.

Licenses

What this license can be used for
  • The licensed object can be used to create an unlimited amount of digital end products but is limited by the number of artists it can be used for.
  • A Business Social Media account owned and managed by the licensee. Unlimited physical advertising for local markets. Digitally paid ads with unlimited impressions. TV and streaming with unlimited views.
What this license can NOT be used for
  • Native applications, web applications or games
Types of Licenses

1 Artist License

  • The license is strictly for the use of the 1 (one) project listed in the check out section
  • The licensed object may appear in non-commercial and commercial projects
  • The licensed object can be used to create an unlimited amount of digital end products

5 Artist License

  • The license is strictly for the use of company listed in the check out section for up to 5 (five) artists associated with the company
  • The licensed object may appear in non-commercial and commercial projects
  • The licensed object can be used to create an unlimited amount of digital end products

10 Artist License

  • The license is strictly for the use of company listed in the check out section for up to 10 (ten) artists associated with the company
  • The licensed object may appear in non-commercial and commercial projects
  • The licensed object can be used to create an unlimited amount of digital end products

20 Artist License

  • The license is strictly for the use of company listed in the check out section for up to 20 (twenty) artists associated with the company
  • The licensed object may appear in non-commercial and commercial projects
  • The licensed object can be used to create an unlimited amount of digital end products
What Licensees are Forbidden from doing
  • Resell or sublicense the licensed asset in a manner that is directly competitive with the licensed asset
  • Resell any change in the asset itself
  • Make the asset public or share it in a way that allows others to download, extract, or redistribute it as a stand-alone file use the licensed asset in pornographic, fraudulent, immoral, infringing, illegal, harassing, abusive or defamatory material
  • Misrepresent authorship and/or ownership of the licensed asset
  • Allow anyone other than the licensee to adapt a digital or physical end product, whether for commercial or non-commercial purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, "print on demand", "made to order" or "download on demand" applications.
  • Any other use not expressly permitted in the license terms is strictly prohibited.
Key Definitions
  • End Product: An end product is a product that you create from assets purchased on www.notional.art
  • Personal VS Commercial Use of an Asset: Commercial use is any use that involves an exchange of money or other considerations which a company (e.g. sole proprietorship, partnership or corporation) promotes a product or service when either a financial gain or other consideration is intended or is a result of the licensee's use, directly or indirectly, of the licensed asset. If one or more of the above points apply, the use is "commercial".
  • Personal Use: Use that is for personal purposes only. If the use meets one or more of the above "commercial" points, it is considered "commercial" use.
